About Me
I love life. Or maybe I don't love life. It depends on the day. Actually, some days it depends on the minute.
Life is so full of goodness and yet is so difficult. I have struggled in silence for so many years with mental health issues fearing that nobody understood because I thought everyone else seemed fine. But now I know that too many people struggle unnecessarily in silence. I am not alone and neither are you.
The goal of How are you, Brain? is to have candid conversations with myself about my own mental health for you to read and hear. My hope is that reading and hearing both the ups and downs of a regular person who deals with mental health challenges will help you realize that you are not alone in your challenges.
